Reports To:  Mission Control Team Lead

Practices great communication and time management skills; are comfortable in and have experience in leadership and managing roles; have strong computer skills; have strong medical terminology skills; pays strong attention to detail; able to work alone and as part of a team; able to multitask; proven ability to resolve conflicts


  • Responsible for real time inputting of medical chart information and managing patient flow in the office.
  • Process patient charts and maintain documentation for accurate record maintenance.
  • Process physician orders, deciphering proper transcription and placing phone calls to medical professionals as needed.
  • Direct medical personnel to provide patients with rapid, quality Christ-centered medical care.
  • Pays strong attention to details and minimizes errors.
  • Handles incoming calls from pharmacies, providers and patients.
  • Keeps the work area clean through out the day; sets up/cleans area for the next morning shift.
  • Acts as leader in the office.

  • Bachelors Degree in a health related field or at least 4 years of experience in management preferred.

Abilities include but not limited to:  caring attitude toward patients and co-workers; critical thinking, interpersonal, speaking and active listening skills; detail oriented, good stamina and coordination; ability to work in a fast pace environment; multitask; knowledge of general office procedures and equipment; and ability to work at least three 12-hour shifts per week.
