Reports To: Maintenance Team Lead

This position provides maintenance service to all clinics and administration; responds to “Fix” requests and reports on progress of completing those request or referring difficult issues to a higher level; understands the basic aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.; performs general maintenance of office equipment and some clinic equipment; keeps maintenance logs and reports on daily activities and ensures compliance with health and safety policies.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION:
Abilities include but not limited to: caring attitude toward patients and co-workers; critical thinking, interpersonal, speaking and active listening skills; detail oriented, good stamina and coordination; ability to work in a fast pace environment; multitask; knowledge of general office procedures and equipment; and ability to work at least 40 hours per week; some weekend work may apply.
