Reports To:  Mission Control Team Lead

Location:  All Clinics (Summerville, North Charleston, West Ashley and Mount Pleasant)

Summary: Practices great communication and time management skills; are comfortable in and have experience in leadership and managing roles; have strong computer skills; have strong medical terminology skills; pays strong attention to detail; able to work alone and as part of a team; able to multitask; proven ability to resolve conflicts


  • Responsible for real time inputting of medical chart information and managing patient flow in the office.
  • Process patient charts and maintain documentation for accurate record maintenance.
  • Process physician orders, deciphering proper transcription and placing phone calls to medical professionals as needed.
  • Direct medical personnel to provide patients with rapid, quality Christ-centered medical care.
  • Pays strong attention to details and minimizes errors.
  • Handles incoming calls from pharmacies, providers and patients.
  • Keeps the work area clean throughout the day; The work area includes, but it is not limited to counter tops, floor/carpet, restrooms, chairs and kitchen area; sets up and cleans area for the next morning shift.
  • Speaks English clearly and concisely.

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.


  • This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Sunday through Saturday, 7:45 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or until the last patient leaves after 8:00 p.m.; must be able to work three 12-hour shifts per week. Rotating shifts as well as holidays and work during inclement weather will be required.

  •  Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field or at least 4 years of experience in management preferred.

  • Abilities include but not limited to:  caring attitude toward patients and co-workers; critical thinking, interpersonal, speaking and active listening skills; detail oriented, good stamina and coordination; ability to work in a fast pace environment; multitask; knowledge of general office procedures and equipment; ability to identify and efficiently describe issues/problems and offer specific solutions, or solve, as well as describe all attempted solutions that did not fix the issue to the appropriate person(s), such as Team Leader, Fix Team, etc.; ability to work at least three 12-hour shifts per week.
